put new fuel injector relay and battery wont start still I think its the fuel screen how would I clean it

First check to see if you have spark and fuel pressure. Then check to see if there are any engine codes as you may have something wrong there. If you want to change the fuel flter it will be near the gas tank or along the side of the car just follow the fuel line. If the car won't turnover, charge the battery and take it to an auto parts store and have them test it.
