Engine Performance problem
1986 Chevy Celebrity 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I had my celebrity for about 4 years and there have been a number of problem within the year and a halfThe fist problem I have is that the car won't start the second problem is that it stutters when I drive but a mechanic told me to just buy a modcule so I did I was wondering what should I do if you can please help out because I really need my car to run thank you for your time.

If you have trouble with it starting, are you saying it cranks good but won't start, or, it will start after an extended crank.
With the engine cranking, is there spark at the plugs? Is there an injector pulse?
Are there any codes?
