Water coming out of exhaust

IS IT NORMAL FOR SMALL AMOUNTS OF WATER TO BE COMING OUT OF THE TAILPIPE WHEN A CAR IS FIRST STARTED? I LIVE IN OHIO, AND HAVE JUST NOTICED THIS HAPPENING NOT SURE IF IT IS BECAUSE IT IS SO COLD OUT OR WHAT.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS.

yes it is normal to see small amonts of water, as long you are not loosing antifreeze out of the moter,

Its condensation but when engine is fully warmed-up and ran for 30mins. if its still coming out-then you got a major problem
