Horn connection

I left mi car parked on street, I assume someone tried to steal it because the center of the steering wheel was poped off.

My problem is that the wire that connects to the horn from the steering wheel got disconnected.

When I do insert the cable into the hole it belongs, I hear the horn, but I cannot make it work when I put the steering wheel center again ¿is there any particular form to put that wire again in its correct position?

There is a small plastic tab that holds the horn connector in place. You have to push the plug into the hole and give it a small turn clockwise. Also there is a chance the tab was damaged when your car was broken into, those tabs can be very delicate. I just broke mine not long ago, but it wasn't a problem for me because I was changing my entire steering column anyway.

Thank you! I managed to make it work again.

And for the tabs. I think I was lucky because none of them were damaged.

Thanks for the tip
