Hey yea you have to drop the fuel tank to access the fuel pump and the gas level bubble.

You do this by chocking the front wheels and jacking up the rear of the car and putting jack stands under the axle. Or you can also back the car on ramps.

Now it gets a just a little difficult Put a jack or two under the tank. Then you have to find all the fuel tank supports ( there all metal belts ) and take them loose. It should drop loose now and and the rest is pretty much a little easyer and im sure you can figure it out.

( it makes it alot easy'er if the tank is empty ))))))
a little fuel in the tank during this project makes it hard so get all that you can out

I hope that I helped you just a little bit
