95 Cavalier is making a squiking noise. Help!

When I turn or drive my car make a squiking noise. No light is on or anything. Just when I drive and sometimes when I turn its hard to turn with the wheel. Any suggestions.

It sounds to me like you may have some very dry lower ball joints also look at your tie rod ends they need grease also look for signs of rust sometimes you may have to raise the car for the ball joint to take grease if you still have a noise after that there is and upper bearing in in each strut they also get very dry try spraying some penetrating oil up in there on each one.
