94 cavalier serpintine belt noises
I have a 94 cavalier 91,000 miles and right now im experiencing noises from my serpintine belt. it sounds like something is rubbing together in that area. when i first heard it was after i added some refridgerant to the compresser. at first it was coming and going but now its worst than before please help

It sounds like an idler or tensioner pulley bearing is going bad. It could also possibly be the ac compressor clutch bearing going bad or too much clutch clearance. The alternator may be suspect as well. A stethescope may make your diagnosis easier. If you have access to one for automotive use you can probe each component and possibly pin point the problem.
