88 cav Where is Fuel Filter?

I have an 88 chev cav whenever i start it i have to give it a bunch of gas, so i am trying to check the fuel filter but i can't find it if you could tell me where it is i would greatly appreciate thank you.

the fuel filter is mounted under the car. under the area of the passengers side rear seat. it is mounted inline and connected to the frame with a bracket.
