I just replaced My starter, And when I started the car after a few moments my battery light came on. It starts just fine. So I started the car again after a few, the light came back on.I checked the cables etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Get the charging system checked out could be coming from a defective alternator have it load tested.

That light warns you of a few things:

Low/dead battery
Alternator failure
faulty connections to/from battery/alternator

If it starts just fine your battery might just not being carrying the amps it used to, you should pop open the top of the battery and make sure the water level inside is good, if not top it off to the approriate marked line with DISTILLED water. This is an easy and common way to maintain your battery for a longer life. Most people dont realize this and let themselves get talked into a new battery years too soon.

It also could be a problem with your wiring or your alternator, and your car is warning you that your battery is not getting a propper charge, which will soon lead to a completely dead battery.

A lot of auto shops out there can do battery testing for free and even AAA can/will. Goodluck
