doesnt specify if these are torque to yield, i recommend replacing them either way... this is the specs on torque
Cylinder Head Bolts-Long
First pass 63 Nm (46 ft lb)
Second pass 90 °
Cylinder Head Bolts-Short
First pass 58 Nm (43 ft lb)
Second pass 90 °

also, torque from the center outwards... start with the middle, and work your way torwards both ends evenly...
