The radiator fan on the car continues to run even after the engine has been turned off and the key is taken out of the ignition. The only way that it will turn off is if the battery is disconnected.

Hello,

In most cases the fan will run for about 5 min after vehicle has been turned off and key removed.

Have you waited to see if it turns off on its own if so how long did you wait. If more than 5 - 10 min.
Check Relay it may be stuck closed.
