my knock sensor on my cavalier went out and was leaking bad.i relpaced it and as soon as i started the car up to make sure it was good, another oil leak began flowing from another sensor in the same area...wtf? can you tell me what the name of it might be and why on earth another leak would spring from the same area except a different sensor? id like to know the name of what i need so i dont look like a dork at the auto store...

Your knock sensor????
I don't think so. The knock goes into a blind hole and doesn't seal in anything. It can be completely removed without leaking anything.
If your talking about the oil pressure sender, then that should have solved your leak. I don't know what else you could be referring to unless you can post a picture of it.
