BOTH LOWER BRAKE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING 3RD BRAKE LIGHT ON TOP IS. ALREADY REPLACED BULBS AND BRAKE SWITCH I THINK ITS THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH AM I RIGHT OR ARE THERE OTHER POTENIAL ISSUES
