A bad IAT sensor will cause PCM to default to a very rich mixture causing engine to flood.

I would replace IAT sensor, get codes erased.

Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, if OK, then spark, by removing plug, attach wire and ground to valve cover bolt, crank engine a few seconds and spark shoud be blue in color and make a snapping noise.
