1998 Chevy Cavalier Radiator Fan Cooling system

Hi, my ac was not working (blowing hot air). Tried filling coolant, leaked out in a day (used dye, leaked out). Next, car heats up. Tried replacing thermostat, still heats up. Radiator fan was not working. Just had water pump replaced, and now they want to charge $99 more just to check the radiator cooling fan! Said could be condenser, fan, relays, or sensors. Maybe A/C work will be included in any fix? Any ideas? Also, for A/C, no air blows out on level 1 for a couple of years, but other A/C levels worked better than most other cars!

the cooling fan does have allot to do with the AC. check your fuses and make sure they are good before you take it in to get checked.
