1998 Chevy Cavalier Two Wheel Drive Automatic 80000 miles
I have a 98 Chevy Cavalier with a malfunctioning fuel gage
A couple months ago I was at half a tank of gas so I decided to stop for some gas. To my surprise I filled up over 12 gallons - of a 14 gallon tank
Since then I have kept my eye on the gage vs miles driven/miles per gallon
I've found that until recently the tank was half about half right (ie half gage = near empty tank, 3/4 gage = half tank)
My last fill up was about 150 miles ago. So the tank should be about half empty.
On a normal car my gage should be around 1/2.
The way my car had been working and I had been use to, the needle should around 3/4
But now it's pointing almost at Full
