I just replaced the head and gasket when I stared it it sounds like their is a knock comeing from a lifter will it pass when the oil works its way to the top of the motor or do you think it is something I did wile installing

Engine knock is never good, and it should not do that, oil should immediatley go to upper engine.

I think I would check valves for proper operation and if OK, remove head.
