1996 Chevy Cavalier car running hot

My car was running hot this morning the tempature was 12 degrees. The tempature gauge was all the way on h I dont have antifreeze in the car only water the water appeared to be frozen when I looked under the engine, the car was steaming also when I looked under the engine, however the car is cranking fine and driving fine. What do I do next should I add antifreeze or the antifreeze with the water mixed

Use 70% antifreeze and 30% water

Where is the button under the car to flush the radiator if there is a button

If you cannot find the drain plug disconnect the lower hose-flush it
