i have a 95 cavalier and found a connector from my wiring harness that was not plugged into anything. The wire comes from beneath my antifreeze resorvoir and is about two feet long. I can't seem to see where it goes do you have any ideas?

Are you having a specific problem? Something not working?

Many times manufacturers will use a single harness for several models. If your car does not have the option that the connector connects to, it will just lay there unused.

Take cruise control for example, it is far simpler to manufacture one harness for cars euipped with CC and simply not connect it if the car does not have it vs. making two seperate harness's with and without CC.
