This car has been sitting for 1,1/2 years. I did a good flush, oil change, tested alternator, and put in a new battery.I also put 5 gallons of 91 gas and fuel injector cleaner and stabilizer it only had about 1/8 tank of gas anyways. supposedly all that was wrong with it before it sat was it was killing batteries every month.I can probably figure out what the electrical drain is but I can't get it to start, I don't think that it is getting fuel, I've checked all fuses and relays all look good and have resistance should I be able to hear the fuel pump when key is on? Is it possible that these problems are related?or that it's just a caked fuel filter? Is it likely the fuel pump went bad just from sitting? Please help, I'm new to wrenching.

You suppose to hear the fuel pump for 2 secs before the fuel pump relay cuts out-

If you don't hear the fuel pump check the fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay. Check F/P-INJ fuse 20 amp if oaky check the fuel pump relay left center of engine compartment. If you hear it come on-check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge-it shoud read 41-47 psi if okay check for injection pulses from the injector/s-Pressure not okay check for a clogged-up fuel filter and intank pick-up sock and also the pump itself. Now if it fires up and run for a few secs -check the fuel pump and oil pressure switch
