1995 Chevy Cavalier car starts fine but battery light and a

My 95 cavalier starts and runs fine other than the fact that when I turn it on the battery light on the instrument cluster comes on and so does the abs light I hooked up a voltameter and the alternator is outputting 10.8 to 11.56 volts and the battery consistently pulls 11.82 to 11.98 wondering whats wrong with my car I thoght alternator but thought Id ask this has never happen before
