Engine Performance problem
1993 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 200K miles

Car starts and idles fine. However when accelerator is pressed car trys to stall and cut out. If clutch pedal is pushed in - car idles fine. Car runs and trys to cut out for abour 1/4 mile then smooths out and runs fine. This occurrs intemittenly - not each time car is started?

Have change prom chip per error code (32), have clean fule ejectors, have replaced fuel pump twice. Replacing fuel pump temporaily correct problem for 2-3 weeks then problem returns? Each time fuel pump was replaced pressure tested low. First time may have gotten bad replacement fuel pump, but not likely the second time fule pump was replaced? Problem only occurrs when engine is started - makes no difference if engine is hot or cold?

Any ideas?
