Heater problem
1991 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i have a 1991 cavalier, when I turn the fan on to blow heat, it is extremly weak. I change it from defrost to vents to floor and its still weak. But I can hear the fan blowing hard. I can feel that the heat is working, but cant figure out what could be blocking it from blowing.

Hi, does defrost have good airflow? If the actuators are vacuum controled, on some systems, it will default to defrost. The air will only come out on defrost. If that is the issue, check vacuum source. If vacuum isn't the issue, then the directional door/s under the dash aren't working like they should.

Ive tried every settin, defrost, floor, mix, vent and its all a weak. I can hear the sound like its trying to switch settings, and hear the blower like its blowing hard.

How easy of a fix is it, to fix the door?
