1990 Chevy Cavalier location of trans. modulator valve

I am trying to locate the trans. modulator valve on this car. Auto Zone is trying to tell me that there isn't one on it.

if it has one it will have a vacuum line connected to it and it looks like a bell protruding from transaxle.
