1996 Chevy Caprice Engine stalls and hesitates

One morning I was driving and turned at a light and it stalled and wouldn't start. Got home ater that evening and it started after a couple of turns but shut right down. Changed the fuel pump and filter. Engines runs good in park, I can rev it up and all. When I start driving it starts to stall and hesitate. I'm not getting a check engine light either

have you checked fuel pressure and spark? also check your idle air control valve and crank position sensor. I'll send you some video on how to check the fuel pressure and spark
