Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 300000 miles

my car keeps turning off on me when coming to a stop or even slowing down. while driving down the street or expressway its fine, but as soon as i start to slow down, approach a traffic jam, a red light, the car stutters and turns off.....why? i got a new starter, altenator, battery, tune ups what could it be? im tempted to just drive it off a cliff cause this life threatening problem is getting on my nerves, please help!
