I put a new o2 sensor (bank1 sensor2) and the service engine light came back on and the code is still reading the same sensor

The code is p1153 and also the injecters on this car are performance ones that are putting out 43lbs of fuel an hour which is making it run rich wich is messing witch the 02 sensors I belive. So I put injecters in that put 24 lbs of fuel an hour and it just would't run at all so I noticed the the ecm was tapped into and I'm thinking that mabey he had it prgramed and that why it's rejecting the injecters. P1153 = 02 bank 2 sensor 1, you may have changed the wrong one, it could also be the A/C pressure sensor low voltage.
