1998 Chevy Camaro clunking noise

When accelerating from a stop I notice a deep clunk noise in the rear of the car. Doesn't feel or sound like a rear diff noise. Not loud but distinct.
Shocks?

Check your fluid levels. Do you notice any noise when coassting, accerlating slowly decel slowly?

Let car coast and slam down pedal when crusing dropping it into passing gear. Do you hear a clunk when you do that?

Check your suspension mounts for movement and components for loose bolts. Also check yoru bushings
