someone riped out the alarm system wires and the car wont start now...how do i fix it?

Is this a aftermarket alarm,? look at the bottom of str column, if wires are cut, look for a 10 gau yellow wire comming from elec ign switch, this is the wire that they put the starter interlock on ,splice the two yellow wires back together should crank.
