How do I remove the Wiper Arms from a 1997 Chevy Camaro RS?

For most GM cars,
lift the wiper arm away from the windshield.
Now you can slide a small nail or allen wrench through the tiny holes at the base of the arm where it pivots and it will stay lifted away from the windshield.

Now you wiggle the arm while you are pulling if straight off of the shaft.
