Engine Performance problem

awhile back ago i started my camaro and it was running rough and i needed to get going so i shut it off and took my other car and later that day i tried to start it and it didnt start and still never has. Its getting fuel and spark.... and somtimes it acts like its trying to fire but still wont run at all.
