1990 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

when the A/C Clutch kicks on, .. you experience a 200 rpm dip when the clutch comes on...even when heater is on. Causes enigine to idle too low. Can you disconnect the a/c clutch wire conection for the winter so that the clutch wont engage when the heater is on? Transmission is auto not manual.
