so here is my car it started running sluggish and wnen i would step on the gas it would not acelerate it would choke up but not turn of .so i put in a new fuel pump and filter and still nothing and the throttle position sensor new and still wont start it also has a new computer.
if i spray gas in to the intake it starts but i have to step on the gas to kep it runnung but it back fire and it feels verry ruff and ass soon as i let go the gas it turns off
last thing under the drivers kick panel it has a cable bridge to another cable thick yellow to thick purple without it the car will not crank. i hope this is not to much i wish you could help me thank you in advance.

i don't really understand what you are saying about the wires, but thick yellow is Accessory and purple is for the starter. Check your ignition module, and catalytic converter for blockage. Also make sure the timing is right...remove distributor cap, rotate the engine so the crank is at TDC, check the distributor, should be pointing to number one cylinder to fire...

I codes ae present(SES) light on do this and post any codes...

Cross these two terminals as shown, then turn the key on. Count the flashes, a 22 will flash as 2 flashes then a short pause, then 2 flashes, if more than one code is stored, the pause will be longer. The codes will display three times and end with 12. Write them down and post here. This connector is right under the middle of the dash...
