1984 camaro 305 small block

What wires and stuff under the hood can i get rid of i mean anything and everything posible that i can get rid of but still have a running camaro im tring to build a drag car i just need to know what junk i can rip out what wires and parts i don't need i dont want all the electric crap just head lights tail lights brake light and stuff like that

Mike, the best answer to your question would be to contact a local shop that specializes in racing.
Starting with a 1984 305 engine is probably not going to last very long for you.
When you remove all the stuff from the car it no longer becomes a street car. Depending on your location, smog testing is mandatory and your car will not pass without the stuff.
