1968 Chevy Camaro spark, but no power on one cylinder

#5 cylinder has spark to the plug, 125lbs of compression with remaining cylinders all within 10lbs, #5 cylinder will not produce power at any speed.
Enriching fuel mixture creates approximate 10rpm gain, but still no power to #5 cylinder.
No vacuum leaks found.
What other additional diagnosis can I perform that will help in resolving my problem?

what about a worn camshaft lobe on the exhaust valve. id remove valve cover and watch the rocker arm. see if 1 does not move as well as the others. i hope this helps.

Well check for pulse at the fuel injector, also try switching it with another injector and see if the problem moves with it.
