Hi there,

Did you bleed the master cyl on the bench before fitting? and then bleed all 4 wheels? To check booster operation when you have a good pedal pressure. Pump brakes till all vacuum is exhausted (Hard pedal) with foot on brake start engin and pedal should suck down a bit (not much) You may want to check the vacuum check valve for leakage.
