Im wondering if my pcm has gone out

I have a 96 Chevy Blazer ,150 k, vortec V6 I was driving it and all the warning lights on the dash came on , it seemed to go away , and today it will crank but not start , the gages say no voltage but I have battery power, I have a new fuel pump in it and I hear the pump come on

If it can crank engine over then you have either an ignition or fuel problem. Lets start by check fuel pressure with a gauge and comeback with the readings.

When you turn key to On position -do you hear the fuel pump come On for 2secs?
