IM wondering if my pcm has gone out

I have a 96 Chevy Blazer, 150 k, vortec V6 I was driving it and all the warning lights on the dash came on, it seemed to go away, and today it will crank but not start, the gages say no voltage but I have battery power, I have a new fuel pump in it and I hear the pump come on

If it can crank engine over then you have either an ignition or fuel problem. Lets start by check fuel pressure with a gauge and comeback with the readings.

When you turn key to On position -do you hear the fuel pump come On for 2secs?
