Oil is an opaque light brown color, what would cause this and what repair is required?

Oil is discolored due to water or antifreeze mixed in with the oil. Intake manifold gasket leaking is the most common cause. Obscure causes are internal engine failures or if the radiator has an oil cooler, the oil cooler inside of the radiator leaking internally mixing oil with the antifreeze.
