2001 Chevy Blazer Turn Signals

My right turn signal stop working, so I replace the bulbs both front and back. I also replaced the turn signal click switch under the grove box. Singles still do not work. I find now that if I turn off the car, take my key out of the enigtion with my foot on the break the car continue to run until I remove my foot off the break then the car will shut off. If I get into the car without putting my key in, I step on the break the radio will come on and I can roll the windows up and down. Taken my foot off the break all stops. What switch is bad? or what may be my problem.
