2001 Chevy Blazer Fuel Pump

I recently changed my fuel pump and the truck will start but it takes a few times of turning the ignition. It's losing psi's somewhere and don't know how to go about finding where. Should I replace the fuel line alltogether or is there some way to repair it.

Check Fuel Pressure and Regulator.... The Test Port should be on the left/driver side rear of intake. Here is link for testing proceedure... https://www.2carpros.com/car_repair_video/test_fuel_injection_pressure.htm The Fuel Pressure Regulator is located under the Plenum....
