I have a 2001 s10 Blazer 4wd Automatic 4.3L. It will crank over but won't start. Fuel pressure is good and ignition (key) start sequence appears to be fine. Security light goes out when attempting to start also. It is getting no spark. We have retrieved mil code of P1351A Ignition Coil High Pulse Ground Cylinder 1. We have replaced coil, ignition module, crank sensor, inspected cap and rotor and most wiring as well. Any other ideas on why no spark?

Please recheck that code. I do not find that one listed in Mitchell.

Check the distributor shaft for any play.

Do you have an inline spark tester to put between cap and ignition wire?

The code is correct. I do have / have used the inline spark tester and no spark at coil. I will check for distributor play tomorrow.
Thanks

If this was mine, there is no doubt that I would get a delphi cap and rotor if there was no play. These buggers can be deceiving.

DEM DC20009 cap # at napa
DEM DC20008-rotor

After I thought about it I looked up the cap...I got screwed a few times thinking the cap was good.
