2000 Chevy Blazer four wheel drive

i put my blazer into 4lo and now it won't shift out. I have tried thawing the vehicle out I have also checked all the fuses. I have also tried going back and forth. When I push my 4hi button it just flashes then goes back to 4lo. please help
