I replace the flasher with a new 4 terminal 12 volt flasher and the ticking noise is still there, could this be a burnt bulb that I am missing or something else?

Are the hazards on? Can you find where the noise is at? Sorry. Looking for clues, lots of things to make noise in a car. Does it always make the noise when key is on?

The hazzards work fine, the noise is coming from the flasher box that I replaced actually have to take the glove compartment out to get to it. Replaced running light in front but still making ticking noise.
