1999 Chevy Blazer Automatic

I have a 99 Chevy Blazer 4X4 that will not accelerate past 40mph. I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, water pump and a pulley in the past month. The check engine light was on until I replaced the fuel pump. It turned off, but then turned back on. I took it to Auto Zone and the EVAP SYSTEM code came back on the code reader. What could be causing the acceleration problem? I would appreciate any insight. Thank you!

That code is for fuel tank pressure sensor and will need a diagnostic scan tool and if it passes then PCM is faulty. This code would not cause acceleration problem. But if PCM is faulty that would. Think it is time for professional help.
