1999 Chevy Blazer 4 wheel drive
Transmission problem
1999 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 119000 miles
I got stuck in the snow coming out of my garage into the alley this morning. When I pressed the 4 hi button I noticed that my front wheel were not moving at all. I then pushed my 4 lo button still no movement of my front wheels. what is going on? why won't my 4 wheel drive work? It was not engaging when I pushed the buttons. what should I have checked?

When you switched to 4wd, did the lights on the dash come on? If not, check to make sure the actuator on the transfer case is getting power. If it is, have the actuator checked. IF it is good, then check for vacuum leaks to the front axle.
Let me know what you find.
