where do i check electrically if my pump is shot? I know there is a connection to check but I don't know where?

Attach a pressure gauge to the fuel rail schreader valve, it looks like a bicycle tire valve, Turn the key on you should hear the pump run for 2 secs, cycle ignition switch several times to get best reading, SEFI should have 56-62 PSI on the gauge. If you have a volt meter and the pump does not run for 2 secs with key on, test the gray wire at the connector at the pump, Should read battery voltage.
