1998 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a problem with my fuel system we have replaced my fuel rail, fuel filter, fuel pump, and my truck still wont start and my fuel pressure is low what would cause this any info would help thank you in advance Dee we also replaced the spider and the fuel pressure is 25 psi. i have also replaced the distrubitor cap, rotor, spark plugs and wires and the map sensor. a little more info, it will stay running when you pour gas in the carb but when it sits for a long period of time or over night it will not start again i im really clueless pleassseee help. dee and i have run the scan tool several times and no trouble codes.
