Cannot get air flow to floor

Check your vacuum source under the hood. Follow small black plastic line to engine, most likely is broken somewhere. Air coming out of the defroster is the default for a no source vacuum situation

All other air controls work good. Where do I find the floor control module.

My software doesnt show exacxtly which one it is. You can try looking under the dash and moving them by hand to see which one does what. Move selector, if one doesnt move but others do, that is most likely the one
