Thanks in advance for your help, and this site. Now to my problem. We just had the transmission rebuilt in the last year, by a specialist. Now the car will run fine on start up, but after it warms up it's sluggish. The engine isn't revving wildly. It just gains RPM slowly as to match the Transmission. Once up to highway speed it feels normal.

Hi:
First, is there a check engine light on? Second, have you ever had the fuel pressure tested. And finally, if you push hard on the gas, do the engine RPM's rev but just do it slowly?

Hi, I found out shortly after my last post, that it wasn't just when it was warm. It was just happening randomly. I took it to autozone, and found out it was the 1-2 shift solenoid. Also the TCC(which I will research in my manual). I'm no mechanic, but I am mechanically inclined. I usually don't work on things as complicated as a transmission. Is this something I can do, or should I take it to a specialist?

Hi:
You should be able to do it. Just follow the manual. I believe the solenoid is on the valve body.
