I would buy a Delphi pump this is the factory brand and it can be bought at most parts stores too. As for replacing it I can walk you through the proccess. You will need to drop the fuel tank so it isn't much fun and hopefully the tank isn't full.

Ok raise rear of car and block wheels. Now disconnect the battery. Get a jack and board to support the tank. Now remove the straps and disconnect the fill and vent hose at the tank and lower tank. Now watch the top of tank and get it low enough to disconnect the electrical connector and then the fuel lines to the tank now lower tank. Now remove the lock ring and remove the sending unit which has the fuel pump on it. Now remove the pump from the sending unit and put back in reverse order.
